From the commune of Mango, this area of Piedmont is graced with nearly constant sun for the vineyards. So much sunshine produces plump grapes that make fruit forward wines. This cuvée of Favorita has a slight effervescence with flavors of lemon, lime, basil and a nutty finish. Being slightly off dry, this wine is a great companion for spicy chorizo, shrimp vindaloo, Chile rellenos and of course, pizza.
