This is a crisp, fresh, uplifting white from the Basque region of Spain. Txakolina is bottled immediately and without aging, in order to capture the natural CO2 given off during the winemaking process. The result is a very slightly bubbly wine with notes of citrus and minerals. Drink alone, with seafood, ceviches, or anything with leeks.
