Clos des Fous is a wine project of four best friends who are also wine professionals and academics. They made this light rosé beauty with easy drinking in mind; grapes undergo just a short maceration process and ferment in stainless steel, leaving a light pink, crisp and nervy rosé with nice notes of dried berries and strawberry. A great sandwich wine, brunch wine, or just on its own wine.
