This wine from the sunny Dalmatia coast is medium bodied with notes of red currants, pomegranate, saline and structured minerality. Vines are an average of 15 years and grown on clay and limestone. Fermentation and aging takes place in stainless steel, leaving this wine fresh with bracing acidity. A great pairing for hard cheeses and fatty meats.
