Dila-O is a father and son project designed to economically showcase traditional Georgian winemaking from old vines; we are grateful for this generous endeavor! Although Georgia has eight centuries of winemaking history, old vines are difficult to find as most of them were removed during Soviet occupation. This blend is fermented and aged in qvevri with one month of skin contact. It is aromatic and light with soft tannins and good acidity. Flavors of cantaloupe, lime and honey.
