Winemaker Baia Abuladze operates a small, but flourishing, vineyard with her brother and sister in western Georgia. Indigenous Tsolikouri thrives in the humid Imereti region, producing crisp and acidic wines ideal for lovers of coastal whites. This expression does spend a fraction of time with the skins in Qvevri before being racked into stainless steel to age for one month. This white is full bodied with flavors of cantaloupe, clementine and yellow apple and a bit of chalky texture. Delicious with a roast chicken and squash.
