Duo Annette Borell and Thomas Diehl farm their 35 hectares near Deidesheim by hand with no chemicals and minimal irrigation. This Müller-Thurgau grows on limestone rich soils with sandstone and loess. It is a light, dry and minerally white with notes of lemon, lime and peach. It is perfect with a wide variety of foods and can stand up to spice! It’s a liter which makes it perfect for a dinner in with the quarantine crew/breakfast the morning after
